Attach Arms to Stretcher Rails
Using the 8 (5/16" X 18 X 2") hex socket head bolts (G), attach the two rails to the arms. Important: Before you tighten the individual bolts, make sure you start all 8 bolts first. Install pads (M> between rails and the frame to prevent scratches.
